What “fast response” actually means
A lot of firms say they respond quickly. Very few define it properly.
Fast response does not mean:
- sending an automated email hours later
- returning a call the same day
- reaching out whenever someone on the intake team gets free
- leaving one voicemail and calling it follow-up
Fast response means:
A real human or high-quality triage system acknowledges the inquiry quickly, confirms basic facts, and moves the person toward the next step while urgency is still high.
