What “fast response” actually means

A lot of firms say they respond quickly. Very few define it properly.

Fast response does not mean:

  • sending an automated email hours later
  • returning a call the same day
  • reaching out whenever someone on the intake team gets free
  • leaving one voicemail and calling it follow-up

Fast response means:

A real human or high-quality triage system acknowledges the inquiry quickly, confirms basic facts, and moves the person toward the next step while urgency is still high.
